Order Management Specialist

**Description** ### **POSITION DESCRIPTION:** Q CELLS Energy Solutions seeks an Order Management professional to monitor and control projects through administrative and specialized expertise with the Energy Solutions division. You will be responsible for working within and leading support teams in coordination with the Project Coordinators and Sales Managers. Major responsibilities include verification of completed contracts from sales, input and management of required contractual documents into the Operations Lifecycle Platform, compliance with third party finance company funding requirements, and issuing timely and accurate payments to third party fulfillment vendors. This is a key position with the responsibility for building and scaling the solar support operations to match the growth of the business. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and problem solving and communication skills. This position will be based in the Q CELLS North America headquarters in Irvine, CA, although remote options may also be available. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Streamline Financier submittals for NTP, Installation and Activation funding * Manage and resolve paperwork deficiencies and stipulations with various parties to ensure solar contracts are validated * Review Installation photos to ensure compliance with Financier requirements and design standards * Navigate monitoring portals to ensure systems are online and producing * Analyze data and work within reports to ensure timely project updates * Provide closed loop learning to Installation Partners on their first\-time approval rate and common failure reasons * Communicate deadlines to partners with expected turnaround times addressing funding deficiencies * Notify partners that are out of compliance and inform of reassignment and claw backs * Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement * Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best\-practices ### **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * 3\-5\+ years of solar experience in operations management and analytics * Impeccable attention to detail * Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem\-solving and analytical skills * Excellent leadership, team development, people management * Detailed analytical thinker with ability to recruit and lead quantitative talent * Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present credit management, vision and strategy in internal and external forums * Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high\-growth environment * Process driven while finding long\-term solutions ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree * Solar industry experience Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
