**Job Overview**
We are seeking an energetic and results\-driven Outbound Sales Representative with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients through warm and cold calling, nurturing relationships, and driving new business development. Your expertise in B2B sales, technology solutions, and customer engagement will be essential in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets. **Duties**
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
* Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored technology solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow\-up
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
* Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize lead conversion rates
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
* Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow\-up tasks within the CRM system
**Experience**
* Minimum of two years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B technology or software sales
* Proven success in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex discussions confidently
* Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales processes
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
* Experience in technical sales or business development within a fast\-paced environment is highly desirable
* Knowledge of marketing strategies related to outbound calling campaigns and lead generation techniques
