Important note before applying **Location: US NATIONWIDE** **We are looking for a remote team member who is permanently based in the United States. If you are not currently living in the U.S., please do not apply for this position.** It is essential that you are physically located in the U.S. and have the ability to travel to potential clients when necessary. All business\-related travel expenses — including transportation, accommodation, and other approved costs — will be fully covered by the company. Our priority is candidates with real, hands\-on experience in one or more of the following areas: tiny houses, ADUs, construction, real estate, camping, glamping, RV, or outdoor hospitality. That said, we are also open to considering Ukrainian\- or Russian\-speaking candidates without direct industry experience, but only if you clearly understand and accept the following: * We do not sell single units — our typical projects start from 10\+ homes * This is not transactional sales or quick contracts * Our development cycle is long\-term and relationship\-driven * Projects require months of communication, negotiation, planning, and trust\-building * We focus on strategic partnerships, not one\-off deals Please take this into account carefully before applying. This business is built on long\-term strategy, not fast money. At this stage, compensation is commission\-based (percentage of closed projects). A base salary \+ commission model may be discussed in the future, after you demonstrate consistent involvement, initiative, and measurable contribution to project development and pipeline growth. We are not offering a fixed salary from day one. We are looking for people who think like owners — proactive, strategic, and genuinely interested in building something meaningful. We are building a nationwide structure of future Regional Business Development Heads — one key representative per state who believes in the product and wants to grow with the company long term. Role Overview – Sales manager At this stage, we are looking for a strategic Sales manager who will focus on expanding our presence in their region by identifying and developing large\-scale B2B opportunities in the tiny home and glamping sector. This is not just a sales position. This is a market\-building and partnership development role. Your responsibilities will include: * Identifying and developing strategic partnerships with landlords, landowners, developers, investors, and hospitality operators * Initiating outbound communication (primarily cold outreach and relationship\-building conversations) * Structuring and shaping project concepts together with potential clients * Managing long\-term communication cycles (1–2\+ months per project) * Representing the brand locally, including potential site visits and industry events * Supporting early\-stage negotiations before handing projects to the central team for execution * Contributing to regional market analysis and growth strategy All business\-related travel and event expenses are covered by the company. We want to be transparent: this role requires patience, strategic thinking, and independence. Projects typically require months of relationship development, followed by a construction process that can last up to four months. **Core Focus** **B2B development of multi\-unit tiny home projects (10\+ homes) for:** * Glamping resorts * Outdoor hospitality operators * Real estate investors * Land developers * RV park owners looking to upgrade or diversify Compensation: 5% commission per project.
