If you’re passionate about sales, customer service, and technology\-driven outreach, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a vibrant, eco\-friendly cleaning service. **Duties** * Conduct outbound and warm calling campaigns to identify potential clients and generate quality leads for the cleaning services * Engage prospects with persuasive communication, emphasizing the benefits of our eco\-friendly cleaning solutions * Update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively * Qualify inbound inquiries and follow up promptly to convert interest into booked appointments or service agreements * Collaborate with the team to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement * Maintain detailed records of all interactions within provided system to ensure accurate reporting and follow\-up actions * Support business development efforts by identifying new markets and opportunities for growth through research and outreach **Requirements** * Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation or technical sales * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision\-makers confidently * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor * Knowledge of sales techniques including outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing strategies to maximize outreach effectiveness * Ability to work independently in a part\-time capacity while maintaining high motivation and organization * Prior experience in technology sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided * Must have your own cell phone and labtop * W/9 Part Time independent Contractor Position * Oppoertunities for bonuses and growth based on performance Join us in creating a cleaner environment while advancing your sales career!
