Pharmacist Success Manager

We’re looking for a bold, action\-oriented pharmacist to join our success team. We’re building an incremental pathway for pharmacies to adopt technology as they convert from pharmacies into clinics. From our standalone products such as Incident Reporting, IVR, or Deliveries, to full platform adoption, and finally to the MedEssist Access to Care program to go beyond any other pharmacy. Our pharmacy success team’s mission is to help pharmacies feel supported throughout this journey. MedEssist is a University of Toronto and Google Accelerator Start\-Up where over half the team are healthcare professionals. MedEssist serves over 750 pharmacies across Canada and the US with a class\-leading technology and AI platform. MedEssist was recognized in 2025 as one of the most ambitious companies in Canada by Betakit. **What you’ll be doing:** * **Education and Training:** Initiate "check\-in" calls to provide strategic advice on how pharmacies can better utilize the platform. * **Primary Presenter:** Act as the lead representative for "Talk to a Pharmacy Advisor" calls and live demos of the MedEssist platform. * **Inbound Response:** Monitor the Success email inbox and phone line, responding to voicemails and inquiries from prospective or current customers. * **Expert Guidance:** Serve as the product expert who can explain complex features in a way that provides clear value to the pharmacist. * **Proactive Outreach:** Proactively reach out to newly opened pharmacies to provide advice and demonstrations. **Who you are:** * You are a pharmacist or pharmacy technician with community pharmacy experience. * You can handle ambiguity and are excited to try new things. * Ability to operate independently and drive projects from start to finish. **Why join us?** * Generous equity options to create competitive compensation packages. * The opportunity to own and build something meaningful.‍ * A fast\-paced environment with limitless potential for career growth.‍ * Dental, vision, prescription, and other health benefits. * Workspaces at The University of Toronto downtown campus or in Calgary, Alberta.
