What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:* Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred. Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional requirements you'll need: * **Portfolio Governance Mastery:** Proven experience managing a high\-volume portfolio (40\+) of concurrent infrastructure or technical projects within an enterprise setting. * **ServiceNow Expertise:** Advanced, hands\-on proficiency with ServiceNow Project and Resource modules, specifically for timecard validation and project health dashboarding. * **Strategic Financial Acumen:** Demonstrated ability to model Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and track complex Capex/Opex run rates for IT services.
