How you'll make an impact in this role:
* **Drive portfolio excellence** by managing the end\-to\-end lifecycle of over 40 concurrent technical projects, ensuring every initiative aligns with our long\-term clinical and strategic goals.
* **Empower engineering performance** by owning the administrative and project management overhead, allowing our technical architects to focus purely on innovation and security execution.
* **Translate complex data into executive insights** by leading monthly briefings for the CTO, converting technical milestones into clear, high\-level narratives that demonstrate the department's value.
* **Champion financial stewardship** through rigorous tracking of project spend and resource allocation, ensuring our digital investments deliver maximum value and remain within budgetary guardrails.
* **Streamline organizational growth** by acting as the primary liaison between technical leads and enterprise governance, turning new ideas into formal, well\-resourced projects.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:* Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.
Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
* 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need:
* **Portfolio Governance Mastery:** Proven experience managing a high\-volume portfolio (40\+) of concurrent infrastructure or technical projects within an enterprise setting.
* **ServiceNow Expertise:** Advanced, hands\-on proficiency with ServiceNow Project and Resource modules, specifically for timecard validation and project health dashboarding.
* **Strategic Financial Acumen:** Demonstrated ability to model Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and track complex Capex/Opex run rates for IT services.
