POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a curious, motivated Product Analyst to join our growing product team. This is an entry\-level opportunity designed for someone who is eager to launch or grow their career in product management and wants to make a real impact in healthcare technology. Reporting directly to a Senior Product Owner, you will support the day\-to\-day work of managing multiple applications across Azra AI’s product portfolio. You’ll gain hands\-on experience with the full product development lifecycle from gathering requirements and writing user stories to collaborating with engineering, data, and QA teams to deliver solutions that serve our clients and their patients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product \& Backlog Support * Assist the Senior Product Owner in managing the product backlog across multiple applications. * Help capture and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira. * Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint review ceremonies. * Track the status of active tickets and help surface blockers or dependencies to the team. Research \& Analysis * Conduct research on client workflows, product usage patterns, and industry trends to inform product decisions. * Gather and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders and health system partners. * Help analyze data from reporting and analytics tools to surface insights that guide prioritization. * Document findings and present clear summaries to the product team. Cross\-Functional Collaboration * Work alongside Engineering, Data Science, QA, and Analytics teams to support delivery of product features. * Participate in sprint ceremonies and team meetings, contributing ideas and observations. * Serve as a dependable coordination point between stakeholders and the technical team. Client\-Centered Thinking * Develop an understanding of health system partner workflows and how Azra AI’s applications serve their needs. * Help validate that delivered features meet the intended business requirements and support client outcomes. * Bring a patient\-first mindset to every product decision. QUALIFICATIONS What We’re Looking For * A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. * A genuine desire to build a career in product management, with enthusiasm for learning and growth. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize and present information clearly. * Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions. * Highly organized and detail\-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and track work across tools. * Collaborative team player who takes initiative and follows through on commitments. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, mission\-driven startup environment. Preferred (Not Required) * Prior experience in product management, business analysis, or a product\-adjacent role internship experience counts. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. * Exposure to agile or scrum methodologies. * Interest in healthcare technology, oncology, or health systems. * Basic familiarity with data tools, SQL, or reporting/BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
