Full Remote Product Development ST ##### **Das Ziel der Position****:** We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic fintech team and play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital products. Working closely with the Head of Product, you will oversee the product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring our solutions align with business goals and deliver value to our clients. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams, manage the product roadmap, and drive initiatives that enhance user experience and business performance. ##### **Jobübersicht****:** Responsibilities (not limited to the below) * Product Roadmap \& Strategy – Support the Head of Product in defining and executing the product vision, ensuring alignment with business priorities. * End\-to\-End Product Management – Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, ensuring high\-quality delivery. * Backlog Management – Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into well\-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. * Cross\-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment. * User Insights \& Validation – Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and validate product assumptions through focus groups and user testing. * Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, en\-suring transparency and clear communication on product initiatives. * Performance Monitoring \& Iteration – Define key success metrics, analyze product per\-formance, and drive continuous improvements based on data insights. ##### **Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich****:** Experience/Skills required: * 5\+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product development frameworks. * Proven ability to define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs. * Strong analytical skills with a data\-driven approach to decision\-making. * Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to drive product initiatives. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Skills: * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools. * Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies. * Understanding of fintech trends, digital banking, and regulatory considerations. * Previous experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and validation processes.
