### **Description**
**Where Behavioral Health Meets Technology**
At Sessions Health, we’re on a mission to make the lives of mental health providers easier. As an innovative, ethics\-first company, we’ve built a simple, intuitive EHR platform that helps clinicians manage their private practices with confidence. We are a fast\-growing, tight\-knit team that believes in thoughtful innovation, empowering clinicians, and putting care first.
As we evolve our innovative products, we're looking for an experienced **Product Manager** to own the discovery, definition, and delivery of assigned product features from concept through launch. This role conducts independent requirements discovery, writes PRDs and user stories, coordinates cross\-functionally with engineering and design, and ensures quality feature delivery. The Product Manager works autonomously within established product processes and strategic priorities.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
**Discovery and Requirements**
* Independently lead requirements discovery for assigned features including practitioner interviews, support ticket analysis, competitive research, and signal validation
* Write clear, well\-structured PRDs and acceptance criteria that engineering can act on without ambiguity
* Participate in feature prioritization in alignment with company objectives and product strategy
* Collaborate with manager on PRDs, feature briefs, and scope change requests
* Synthesize practitioner feedback from multiple channels including support tickets, feature request systems, and community forums
**Beta Testing and Quality Support**
* Support internal beta testing programs prior to feature rollout, coordinating with team members to gather structured feedback
* Document beta testing findings and work with engineering to address feedback before launch
* Verify that shipped features meet the requirements documented in the approved PRD
* Identify and clearly communicate bugs and launch blockers to engineering and stakeholders
**Cross\-Functional Coordination**
* Attend daily stand\-ups with engineering and communicate clear feature context
* Coordinate with the Senior Product Designer on UX requirements for assigned features
* Partner with Customer Success to capture user feedback and escalation trends
* Collaborate with the Knowledge Base Specialist to ensure documentation is complete before each feature ships
**Launch Readiness**
* Track feature delivery milestones and communicate status updates to manager on a regular cadence
* Assist with internal and external launch communications as directed
* Monitor feature adoption and surface early usage signals to stakeholders
* Support post\-launch iteration based on practitioner feedback Collaboration and Process Expectations
* Attend weekly 1:1 with manager for alignment and feedback
* Participate in cycle planning, feature prioritization, and retrospective ceremonies
* Escalate scope changes, resource needs, and strategic direction questions to manager before acting
* Maintain clear, current status on all active work in Asana
Raise blockers within 24 hours of identification
*
**Who You Are:**
* You write with precision: PRDs, purpose, problem statements, and goals that engineering can act on without a follow\-up meeting
* You ask better questions than you give answers, especially during discovery
* You can translate a practitioner's frustration into a crisp problem statement without losing the clinical nuance in the process
* You don't wait to be told what to do next; you identify the next important thing and start moving
* You've shipped features end\-to\-end and take ownership of requirements becoming reality
* You're drawn to the mission and find it meaningful to build tools that make mental health care more accessible
* You're comfortable working with AI\-powered features
* You communicate directly and proactively; you'd rather over\-communicate than leave stakeholders guessing
* You bring product problems to your manager when you need strategic direction
* You're energized by working on problems that haven't been fully solved yet
* You value clear reporting structures and prefer knowing who makes final decisions rather than navigating consensus
* You've worked in healthcare, SaaS, or practitioner\-facing products and understand the workflows we're building for
**What You’ll Bring:**
* 3\-5 years of product management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology
* Strong writing skills with ability to produce clear, structured requirements documentation
* Demonstrated experience leading features from discovery through launch
* Familiarity with agile development processes including cycle planning, grooming, and retrospectives
**Additional Experience We'd Love:**
* Experience with EHR platforms, HIPAA compliance, or insurance billing workflows
* Familiarity with mental health practice operations
* Experience with practitioner\-facing products or B2B SaaS platforms
* Familiarity with Asana, Notion, or similar product tooling
