Your future role at a glance: **Location:** Remote**Department/Specialty:** Market Technology**Schedule:** Day shift \| Full\-time**Salary Range:** $128,054\.78 \- $178,500\.96 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role: * M\&A Lifecycle Management: Lead the strategic integration or separation of technology assets, translating buyer/seller requirements into comprehensive, actionable execution plans. * Standards \& Feasibility: Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions while ensuring all program needs align with established company standards and cross\-platform requirements. * Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with external partners and multiple tower project managers to analyze vendor proposals, manage third\-party services, and resolve complex cross\-technology issues. * Program Governance: Exercise full authority over program methodologies, budgets, and timelines, ensuring accurate financial tracking and formal approval for all scope or schedule changes. * Leadership \& Mentoring: Serve as a lead resource for designated staff by providing mentorship, managing conflict, and delivering high\-level status reporting to stakeholders. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
