**American Conservation Experience** (ACE) is a dynamic non\-profit organization dedicated to providing rewarding service opportunities to over 1,500 members (youth and young adults) each year, and does so with a skilled staff of approximately 150 employees across the U.S. ACE has a national reputation for providing professional development opportunities on a variety of conservation projects for the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and numerous state and local land management partners, either with crew based work or with individually placed interns. **Job Title:** Part\-time Operations and Logistics Support Coordinator (2\-6 month position) **Location:** Fully remote within the continental U.S., with a preference for candidates based in or near Boulder, CO. **Department/Division:** Program Administration **Status:** Temporary, Part\-time, Hourly. **Reports To:** National Director of Program Administration **Schedule/Hours:** Part\-time, 5\-20 hours/week (Monday \- Friday, flexible hours but expected to be on duty during ACE Core Business Hours of 12:00 pm \- 5:00 pm Eastern time to accommodate business needs in all US time zones) with some adjustment expected to accommodate specific projects and program needs. Some evening and weekend hours may be occasionally required. **Start Date:** Flexible start date but ideally by April, 2026 **Position Summary:** The Program Operations and Logistics Support Coordinator supports the Program Administration team by managing routine operational tasks and maintaining consistent systems for fleet tracking, maintenance compliance, and program data reporting. This role ensures smooth day\-to\-day operations by handling ongoing administrative and tracking needs, allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a great fit for a self\-starter who is looking for temporary, remote part\-time work, or for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a nationally scaled conservation non\-profit. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** The Operations and Logistics Support Coordinator supports staff and back\-end operations in the following ways: **ACE Fleet Management Support** * Maintain the national fleet inventory tracking sheet with up\-to\-date information. * Monitor fleet maintenance logs; follow up with staff to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules. * Support vehicle registration, insurance tracking, and document filing. * Assist with coordinating logistics for maintenance and repairs remotely. * Support tracking and documentation related to vehicle incidents and Incident Reports, including follow\-up and record maintenance. **Data and Reporting** * Maintain and update operations\-related sheets and tracking systems. * Assist with the creation, management, and ongoing improvement of electronic forms and associated data collection processes. * Collect and compile data from divisions for monthly, quarterly, and annual accomplishment reporting. * Audit data and follow up with staff to ensure accuracy and completeness. **Compliance and Administrative Process Support** * Maintain compliance\-related resources, checklists, and tracking tools. * Support logistics and coordination for operations\-related training and meetings. * Provide occasional support to the broader Program Administration team, including assistance with Member Management and AmeriCorps\-related processes as needed. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support operations efficiency. * Foster a culture and environment that positions ACE for success and ensures that ACE is the program of choice for partners, members and staff. * Responsibilities and tasks outlined are not exhaustive and may change as determined by ACE. **Required Experience and Qualifications:** * BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Demonstrated experience with data management, operations, or detail oriented administrative tasks in a remote, self\-guided environment. * Able to take initiative, work independently, and participate in collaborative efforts. * A basic understanding of fleet maintenance and conservation field logistics is helpful, but not required. * Experience completing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision * Proficient with using Google Sheets. * Experience using a variety of software and database systems, including Google Platform, Slack, Adobe and other internal and external systems. * Commitment to ACE's mission of public service through youth development and volunteerism. * Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback. * Ability to prepare and maintain records and reports. * Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. * A deep and continuing interest in the welfare and professional development of ACE participants. * Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. **Other Requirements:** * Proficient in English. * Ability to pass a federal criminal background check. * Willing to abide by ACE Policy and Federal Drug Free workplace policies and laws. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard/mouse and other office equipment. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and/or crouch (all physical demands are required with or without reasonable accommodations). * **Vision Requirements:** Requires close, distance, peripheral and depth perception vision as well as the ability to focus. * **Weight Lifted or Force Exerted:** Frequently moves up to 10 lbs., occasionally moves up to 25 lbs. * **Environmental:** Mainly indoor, office environment conditions; indoor air quality is good and temperature is controlled. * **Noise Environment:** Moderate noise such as in a business office with equipment and light traffic. * **Travel:** This position requires domestic travel, less than 5%. **Compensation:** Starting Salary Range (hourly): $25/hr based on relevant experience. **To Apply:** Please submit a resume, one\-page cover letter and contact for three professional/academic references to the application link.
