**Role Summary**
The P2 Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cross‑functional HR initiatives that support enterprise HR Operations, Strategy Execution, and transformation priorities. This role manages end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple workstreams, partnering closely with HR, HRIS, IT, Process Excellence, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
The role operates with moderate autonomy, managing projects and contributing to portfolio‑level execution discipline under the direction of the HR Strategy Execution Manager.
**90‑Day Probationary Period**
This role includes a **90‑day probationary period** focused on onboarding, learning, and gradual integration into the HR Operations and Strategy Execution environment.
During the probationary period, the Project Manager is expected to:
* Build foundational understanding of ADI’s business, HR Operations model, and Strategy Execution priorities
* Become familiar with key stakeholders across HR, HRIS, IT, Process Excellence, and cross‑functional partner teams
* Learn and apply HR Operations project governance, tools, templates, and reporting standards
* Support assigned projects through defined tasks and workstreams under the guidance of the HR Strategy Execution Manager.
* Demonstrate curiosity, reliability, follow‑through, and openness to feedback
The probationary period is not intended to require independent end‑to‑end project ownership. Success will be assessed based on learning progress, engagement with stakeholders, quality of support provided to active initiatives, and readiness to take on increased responsibility over time.
Successful completion of the probationary period indicates readiness to assume broader project ownership with appropriate oversight and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Delivery \& Execution**
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HR Operations and transformation projects, from intake and scoping through execution, stabilization, and close‑out

* Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity, ensuring prioritization aligns to HR strategy and capacity constraints
**Stakeholder \& Cross‑Functional Coordination**
* Partner with HR Operations leaders, HRIS, IT, Process Excellence, and external vendors to define scope, deliverables, success metrics, and governance for assigned initiatives
* Act as the day‑to‑day execution lead, coordinating cross‑functional resources and driving accountability for deliverables and timelines
* Facilitate project working sessions, status reviews, and decision forums as required
**Reporting, Governance \& Communication**
* Provide clear, concise project status reporting (health, risks, decisions needed) to HR leadership and governance forums, including Mission Control reviews
* Proactively surface execution risks, trade‑offs, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation or escalation paths
* Ensure documentation, artifacts, and decisions are captured and maintained in accordance with HR Operations standards
**Process \& Capability Enablement**
* Support standardization of project intake, execution, and reporting practices across HR Operations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of PM tools, templates, and execution discipline within the HR Strategy Execution
* Where applicable, support HR technology initiatives (e.g., Workday‑adjacent efforts) in partnership with HRIS and IT
**Required Skills \& Capabilities**
**Project Management \& Execution**
* Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or function‑wide projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
* Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP‑aligned practices; Agile/Waterfall; Smartsheet, MS Project, Teams Planner)
* Ability to balance rigor with pragmatism—driving execution without unnecessary overhead
**Communication \& Influence**

* Comfortable influencing without authority and driving accountability across matrixed teams
**Analytical \& Problem‑Solving Skills**
* Strong analytical skills to identify risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs; able to recommend practical solutions
