Provider Relations Analyst - Remote

**Role Summary** This role supports the Provider Service Unit (PSU) by managing internal inquiries and resolving provider and customer service issues. The position works closely with providers, customers, and internal partners to identify problems, determine root causes, and deliver timely solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and resolve internal service inquiries within required timeframes * Investigate and resolve provider service and quality complaints * Research complex or escalated issues and partner with internal and external teams for resolution * Identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend solutions to prevent repeat issues * Support provider education and service improvement efforts * Serve as a trusted point of contact and subject matter resource for PSU when needed **Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required * 2\+ years’ Cigna Customer Service experience with OneView highly preferred * Experience with one of the following \- claims, billing, or coding experience required * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work across multiple systems and partners * Excellent organization and time management skills * HMO experience preferred If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 24 \- 36 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
