I am a small growing company looking for a few agents that are motivated and have a positive attitude. **Duties** * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing comprehensive market insights and personalized service * Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively * Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients * Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies across various channels to attract potential buyers and tenants * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices * Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision * Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing communication throughout the transaction process **Qualifications** * Proven experience or interest in real estate sales or property management; administrative experience is a plus * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients * Excellent marketing abilities to promote listings creatively and strategically * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs * Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport * Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management principles * Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously * Customer service\-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem\-solving and client satisfaction Join us if you’re eager to make an impact in the vibrant world of real estate!
