Make a real difference in patients’ lives—join Elevate Patient Financial Solutions as a **Supervisor**.to support our Referral Management \& Analytics Service line. **Job Summary** The purpose of this position is to manage employees and operations in the assigned region or department. With the support of leadership, the Supervisor should act to supervise employees and manage their workflow by defining and reinforcing company standards and regionally or departmentally unique work systems, to best serve the client hospital and the patient. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Supervise and orient employees; assign work, develop work schedules, instruct in proper procedures; assist with development and revision of department processes/procedures. * Manage employee performance and provides feedback * Ensures staff is obtaining adequate information; provides opportunity for associated training for staff. * Responsible for running reports and maintaining data integrity * Monitor billing procedures and documentation and provides u * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills * High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment * Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong stress management and adaptability skills * Goal‑driven with a strong action and results orientation * Demonstrates initiative, persistence, and a strong work ethic * Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities * High standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism * Profit‑ and performance‑oriented mindset * Remote and hybrid positions require internet connectivity that meet the Company’s upload and download requirements. * pdates with regulatory compliance; conducts periodic audits; and maintains files. * Develop relationships with clients and county, state, and government agencies. * Manage employee time and attendance. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications and Requirements** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities. * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred * 2\+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing * Familiarization for the following programs is required: Medicaid and Out Of State Medicaid. Strong oral and written communication * High volume call center experience is preferred * Excellent people skills * Strong Computer knowledge especially Excel.
