**Overview** We are seeking a high\-impact, results\-oriented **Regional Account Executive** to drive national growth across the multifamily renovation and new construction markets. This role is built for a hunter—someone who can open doors, create opportunities, and convert relationships into revenue from day one. You will be responsible for expanding BW Pro’s footprint with **owners, developers, property managers, and general contractors**, positioning our value: complete, on\-time material packages, factory\-direct pricing, and zero disruption to project timelines. This is a critical role in achieving our aggressive growth goals and scaling our presence nationwide. **What You’ll Do** * **Identify and win new business** across multifamily renovation, rehab, and new construction projects * Proactively target **owner/operators, developers, and GCs** through research, outbound outreach, and industry networking * Build and maintain strong relationships that convert into **repeat, scalable business** * Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal to close * Position BW Pro’s core value propositions: * 100% Complete Order Fulfillment * Custom Unit Kitting (“Builderz Bundlez”) * Factory\-Direct Pricing (30–70% savings) * Collaborate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, logistics) to ensure **flawless execution post\-sale** * Maintain and manage pipeline activity within CRM (Pipedrive/Monday.com or similar) * Forecast revenue, track performance, and stay accountable to weekly and monthly targets * Support marketing initiatives and industry events (trade shows, client meetings, job walks) **What You Bring** * Proven success in **business development or sales**, preferably in construction, building materials, or multifamily * Ability to **generate revenue quickly**—not months of ramp time * Strong understanding of **multifamily projects, timelines, and pain points** (vacancy loss, delays, material coordination) * Experience managing a **sales pipeline and closing high\-value deals** * High level of ownership, urgency, and accountability * Strong negotiation and communication skills—comfortable working with executives, developers, and project teams * Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, growth\-focused environment with minimal oversight **Why Us?** * Direct impact on a rapidly growing national platform * Strong operational backbone with warehouses in Phoenix and Dallas * Competitive pricing advantage with factory\-direct sourcing * A team committed to **execution, accountability, and delivering on promises** * Opportunity to scale with the company and play a key role in reaching our revenue goals **Bottom Line** If you can **open doors, close deals, and bring business with you**, this role gives you the platform to win—backed by a team that delivers.
