**What You’ll Do**
We’re looking for a **Regional Director of Sales** to join our team and lead sales efforts for a portfolio of 8–10 hotels all from your home office. This isn’t a behind\-the\-scenes role. You’ll be an active seller, identifying opportunities, prospecting for new business, and driving revenue.
You’ll:
– Own and execute the full sales process for multiple properties from inquiry, to contracting and execution
– Prospect daily to uncover corporate and group opportunities
– Respond promptly and confidently to inbound leads
– Build relationships with hotel teams, management companies, brand partners and ownership groups
– Maintain accurate reporting on your results
– Embrace technology with AI\-powered prospecting tools, our custom Salesforce CRM, and smart tech to help you
move fast and stay focused on results
– Adapt fast, hustle smart, and keep the pipeline full
This full\-time, remote role is ideal for experienced hotel sales leaders ready to trade in their commute for a career with freedom, flexibility, and to focus on what matters most.
**The Ideal Shark We’re Looking For**
You:
– Are a closer
– Prospecting is where you shine
– Know hotel sales inside and out (min. 3\+ years of on\-property experience with Best Western, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt,
IHG, Sonesta, Choice or Wyndham required)
– Embrace tech, AI tools, and CRM systems and know how to use them to drive results
– Are a multi\-tasking pro who thrives under pressure
– Love solving problems, hitting goals, and helping others win
– Bring your personality to work and your whole self to the team

You control your salary. Average base compensation is $65K–$85K \+ bonus potential \& company paid benefits
