We're committed to giving 110% every day and lifting each other up as a team. ***Responsibilities:*** * Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, identifying potential leads and prospects to meet and exceed personal quotas. * Present clear, compelling illustrations to prospects, demonstrating effective strategies for eliminating debt. * Prepare detailed summaries with key insights and facts to support managers in decision\-making. * Adhere to all guidelines and compliance standards set by United Settlement. * Stay motivated and proactive in resolving issues and managing tasks related to individual client portfolios, ensuring optimal outcomes. ***Required Skills/Abilities:*** * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to function well in a high\-paced and at times stressful environment. * Proficient with Salesforce or related software. * Prior experience in B2C financial services sales. * Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) sales highly preferred. ***Education:*** * Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field * At least three years of related experience required. ***Compensation*** Base pay is **$12\.00 per hour**, with a **highly lucrative, performance\-based commission structure**. This role offers significant earning potential \- many of our agents consistently earn between **$8,000 and $15,000 per month**, depending on performance. We are hiring in **Nevada, Kansas** and **Texas**, and comply with all applicable federal and state wage laws.
