AZ PayTech is Arizona's local restaurant and small business technology partner. We sell, install, and support POS systems for business owners across Arizona — and unlike national competitors, we don't disappear after the sale. We're scaling our sales team aggressively over the next six months and need a recruiter who can find, screen, and close strong sales talent quickly. The Role We're hiring a **Remote Sales Recruiter** to run our outbound recruiting pipeline for POS sales representatives across Arizona. You'll be sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for both **bilingual and English\-speaking sales rep roles** in the Phoenix metro and greater Arizona market. This is an outbound role — we're not waiting for applicants to come to us. You'll be hunting talent on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook groups, industry forums, and anywhere good sales reps spend their time. We're targeting **10\+ rep placements in the next 6 months**, so this is a real, ongoing engagement — not a one\-off project. What You'll Do * **Source Candidates:** Build outbound pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach * **Screen \& Qualify:** Conduct initial phone screens to assess sales experience, motivation, communication skills, and culture fit * **Present Shortlists:** Deliver qualified, pre\-screened candidates to hiring managers with notes and recommendations * **Manage the Funnel:** Track candidates through the pipeline using our ATS or shared spreadsheet — keep everyone moving, follow up consistently * **Coordinate Interviews:** Schedule interviews, prep candidates, gather feedback, and keep the process tight * **Close Candidates:** Help us land the best ones — sell the role, the comp structure, and the opportunity * **Report Weekly:** Share pipeline metrics, sourcing channels, and conversion rates so we can refine the playbook together Compensation * **Hourly base pay** — competitive, paid weekly or biweekly *(rate based on experience)* * **$2,000 placement bonus** for every sales rep who is hired AND closes their first deal * **No cap** on placement bonuses — if you place 10 reps and they all produce, that's $20,000 in bonuses on top of your hourly * **Bonus paid promptly** once the placed rep closes their first deal (typically within 30\-60 days of start) This structure is designed to reward recruiters who source quality, not just quantity — we want reps who actually produce, and we're willing to pay well for them. What We're Looking For * 2\+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in **sales recruiting** (B2B sales, merchant services, SaaS, insurance, or similar a strong plus) * Proven track record of placing sales reps — you know how to spot a closer * **Outbound sourcing skills** — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, cold outreach, ATS experience * Self\-directed and metrics\-driven; you can manage your own pipeline without daily check\-ins * Strong communicator who can sell the opportunity, not just process applicants * Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision * Reliable internet, phone, and home office setup * US\-based with authorization to work in the US Bonus Points For * Experience recruiting **bilingual (English / Spanish) sales reps** * Background in POS, payments, merchant services, or fintech recruiting * Established candidate network in Arizona or the Southwest * Experience with high\-volume recruiting (10\+ hires in a short window) * Familiarity with Indeed Employer tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms What We Offer * **Hourly pay \+ strong placement bonuses** — recruiters who hit our pace can earn well * **Flexible remote schedule** — work from anywhere in the US * **Clear scope:** 10\+ placements over the next 6 months, with potential for ongoing engagement * **Direct access to the founder** — no bureaucracy, fast decisions, clear feedback * **Defined ideal candidate profiles** — we know exactly who we want, so you're not sourcing in the dark * **Opportunity to grow into a long\-term recruiting partnership** as we scale How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note answering: * How many sales reps have you placed in the last 12 months? * What's your hourly rate expectation? * What sourcing channels do you rely on most?
