Job Description

Head of SalesOverview BYLT by Britt is seeking a highly driven and results focused Head of Sales to lead and scale our high ticket sales department. This role is responsible for overseeing the sales team, improving sales systems, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high performance standards across the department. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, understands high ticket sales at a deep level, and can confidently manage KPIs, team development, sales processes, and overall department performance. This position plays a critical role in the growth and scalability of the company. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales department including closers, setters, and sales support systems * Develop and implement strategies to improve booked calls, show rates, close rates, and overall revenue performance * Monitor daily sales metrics, pipeline health, and team KPIs to ensure monthly targets are achieved * Conduct regular sales trainings, call reviews, role plays, and coaching sessions to improve team performance * Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed * Review sales calls and identify trends in objections, pricing hesitation, and communication gaps * Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates * Optimize CRM systems, sales workflows, AI booking systems, and automation processes * Hold team members accountable to performance standards and implement improvement plans when necessary * Create and maintain reporting systems to track revenue, forecasting, and department performance * Ensure professional communication and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process * Continuously improve scripts, sales frameworks, and objection handling systems based on live sales data Experience * Proven experience in high ticket sales and sales team leadership * Strong understanding of sales KPIs including close rate, show rate, booked calls, and revenue forecasting * Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop high performing sales teams * Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training closers or setters * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions quickly * Experience with CRMs such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms preferred * Experience in online coaching, fitness, digital marketing, or online service based businesses preferred * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment * Self motivated, proactive, highly accountable, and results driven Join BYLT by Britt as our Head of Sales and play a key role in helping scale a rapidly growing online coaching company.
