We provide tax consulting, tax studies, and related services to businesses both nationally and internationally. ### **The Sales Support Manager** The Sales Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting Senior Sales Directors by helping drive operational efficiency, client engagement, and cross\-functional coordination throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, sales leadership, and internal teams to ensure seamless client experience, strong relationship management, and successful execution of client engagements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, client\-focused, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and communication. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide day\-to\-day sales and operational support to Senior Sales Directors. * Maintain and manage CRM data, reporting, pipeline activity, and client records to support accurate forecasting and account management. * Coordinate internal and external communications related to client engagements, project timelines, and information gathering. * Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, client materials, and other sales enablement resources. * Partner closely with sales, delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding, project execution, and overall client satisfaction. * Monitor engagement progress and help ensure projects remain on track to meet client expectations and deadlines. * Serve as a point of contact for client requests, follow\-up items, and ongoing relationship management activities. * Assist with identifying cross\-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships. * Support account growth initiatives through outreach campaigns, partner engagement, and relationship development activities. * Collaborate with leadership on strategic account planning, partnership reviews, and client retention efforts. * Gather and communicate client feedback to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement and service excellence. * Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities * Support designated accounts within assigned territories by maintaining regular communication and fostering long\-term partnerships. ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. * 3\+ years of experience in sales support, account management, client services, or a related business support role. * Experience working within CRM systems such as Salesforce (SFDC). * Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, client\-facing environment. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross\-functionally across departments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems. ### **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Proven experience leading and developing high\-performing sales teams. * Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven approach. ### **Preferred Skills and Qualifications** * Experience supporting professional services, consulting, or B2B sales organizations. * Familiarity with client onboarding, proposal support, and sales reporting. * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. * Comfortable participating in presentations, client meetings, and business development activities. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven approach. ### **Preferred Skills and Qualifications** * A strong customer\-service mindset * Initiative and accountability. * Relationship\-building skills. * Operational excellence and follow\-through. * The ability to balance administrative support with strategic client engagement.
