Your future role at a glance: **Location:** Remote**Department:** Supply Chain**Schedule:** Day shift \| Full\-time Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role: Plan, develop, lead, facilitate, coordinate and implement all actions for supply chain operations.* Lead operations, logistics, and procurement for supply chain and non\-labor spend within assigned market. * Achieve objectives as measured by operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implement standard operations and logistics best practices, accountable for operational performance and customer service within assigned market. * Develop and implement policies and procedures which guide and support the provision of services and meet productivity plans. * Direct and manage staff to include assignment of work, evaluating, coaching, hiring and terminating. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
