**Key Responsibilities**
**Risk Monitoring \& Alerting**
* Continuously track the latest developments in your area of expertise. Identify inflection points and issue timely alerts when new information suggests a change to previously assessed probabilities.
**Forecast Production**
* Produce concise, exclusive forecasts on designated geopolitical hotspots such as Indo\-Pacific security and Middle East dynamics. Provide clear probability assessments and rationale based on reliable, non\-open\-source internal channels.
**Information Gathering \& Network Utilization**
* Leverage your existing professional network and trusted internal sources to gather decision\-relevant information, including policy directions, military postures, and diplomatic negotiation dynamics.
**Collaborative Quality Assurance**
* Work with our internal team to validate forecast logic, clarify the reliability of information sources, and refine analytical assumptions. Ensure alignment with our strict quality standards.

**Knowledge \& Skills**
* Deep understanding of one or more high\-risk regions or functional areas, including U.S. foreign policy, Indo\-Pacific security architecture, Middle East geopolitics, or European defense dynamics.
* Solid grasp of how real\-world decisions are made, with a clear understanding of the core drivers behind changes in global geopolitical dynamics.
* Ability to translate complex and ambiguous situations into clear, verifiable forecasts with explicitly stated confidence levels.
**Education \& Work Style**
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, Law, or a related field.
* Self\-disciplined, rigorous, and able to work remotely across time zones.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
