We Are Hiring: **Location:** Remote**Department:** Ascension Technologies**Schedule:** Full time**Salary:** $87,463\.20 \- $121,918\.37 per year \#LI\-Remote \#Ascensiontechnologies What You Will Do: * Lead enterprise regulatory initiatives including HIT regulatory rule interpretation, education, and guidance ensuring compliance with technology regulations. * Contribute to solution design by applying regulatory knowledge to ensure technology and complex operational workflows align with applicable laws, while translating system and process impacts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders across clinical, operational, and leadership teams. * Develop clear, actionable documentation for new initiatives and strategic plans, translating regulatory and technical requirements into forward‑looking roadmaps. Effectively shares knowledge and insights across teams to support informed decision‑making and cohesive execution. * Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to evaluate how regulatory requirements impact data capture, workflows, and system behavior. What You Will Need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
