Candidates should be self\-motivated, results\-driven developers with 10\+ years of demonstrable experience architecting, designing, developing, testing, and deploying production\-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate takes initiative, demonstrates strong problem\-solving skills, and collaborates effectively within cross\-functional teams. Candidates must be comfortable interfacing directly with clients and able to clearly translate complex technical concepts for non\-technical stakeholders. Candidates should also be proficient in modern software development practices, including: * Front\-end JavaScript frameworks * API design and integration, including RESTful principles and service\-oriented architectures * Object\-oriented design principles, with a solid understanding of SOLID principles in C\# * Strong experience with SQL and relational database management systems * Building and maintaining scalable, maintainable, and secure applications **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to modernize complex legacy software components and applications. * Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
