Senior or Lead Customer Strategist - Delivery

As a **senior or lead customer strategist** within the Commercial Lines (CL) organization, you'll help deliver Next Generation Quoting within our CL Horizon Program. Embedded in the delivery model, you’ll work daily with IT delivery teams, product owners, and Agile delivery owners to ensure business intent is clearly understood, prioritized, and delivered. You'll independently drive alignment and decisions across multiple Scrum teams, resolve delivery ambiguity, and represent customer, agent, and business needs without escalation. You’ll also focus on delivery readiness, backlog clarity, dependency management, and cross\-functional coordination.
