This is a **fully remote position open to U.S.\-based candidates only**. The ideal candidate will develop visually compelling brand and packaging design solutions that support marketing initiatives, product storytelling, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a senior designer with strong branding, packaging, and digital design experience who thrives in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. **$98,000 \- $150,000 per annum** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the design of packaging, branding, and marketing creative across digital and print channels * Develop visually engaging concepts that align with brand strategy and business goals * Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross\-functional teams to deliver effective creative solutions * Create graphics, layouts, presentations, infographics, and sales support materials * Maintain consistency across brand systems, packaging assets, and campaign deliverables * Translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling visual content * Prepare production\-ready files and ensure accuracy, quality, and brand compliance * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines * Stay current with design trends, packaging innovations, and accessibility best practices **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Packaging Design, or related field * 5\+ years of professional graphic design experience, including senior\-level responsibilities * Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and multi\-channel design work * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other collaborative design tools * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition * Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in packaging, manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial brands * Familiarity with production workflows and print specifications * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS * Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects * Understanding of accessible and inclusive design best practices **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience and location * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and company holidays * Professional development opportunities * Employee wellness programs **Work Environment** This is a **remote position**; candidates must reside within the United States and be authorized to work domestically.
