Our mission is to simplify complex journeys through superior technology. ### **The Role: A "Full\-Stack" Product Leader** We are looking for a **Senior Product Manager** to become the dedicated engine for **SeedTrust**, our most critical escrow and financial management platform. This is a "Full\-Stack" role: you will own the high\-level strategy and roadmap while simultaneously executing the daily responsibilities of a Product Owner. You will serve as the **Internal Subject Matter Expert (SME)**, bridging the gap between business operations and engineering. Your mission is to bring radical organization to a complex legacy environment, ensuring that our system rebuild is structured, documented, and delivered with precision. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Product Vision \& Strategy:** Own the SeedTrust roadmap and align it with business outcomes and market needs. * **Dual Execution (PM \+ PO):** Manage the end\-to\-end product lifecycle, from high\-level prioritization to writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. * **Internal SME:** Become the go\-to expert on the SeedTrust portal, understanding deep system dependencies to prevent "domino effect" errors in our legacy code. * **Agile Governance:** Implement and maintain a high standard for Agile ceremonies, transforming disorganized JIRA boards into streamlined, predictable workflows. * **Technical Translation:** Act as the primary liaison for engineering teams (led by our Tech Lead), translating messy business inputs into clear technical specifications. * **Process Documentation:** Establish structured frameworks, decision logs, and accurate scoping to ensure the engineering team has zero ambiguity. * **Internal Collaboration:** Work closely with Business Operations and Engineering to unblock friction in the SeedTrust rebuild. **Who You Are** * **The "Hands\-on" Leader:** You have the seniority to discuss business strategy with the CEO but the discipline to manage a backlog and daily stand\-ups without a separate PO layer. * **System Thinker:** You instinctively spot ripple effects in complex, 8\-year\-old legacy systems and prioritize stability over "band\-aid" fixes. * **Curious Problem Solver:** You dig for root causes, ask "uncomfortable" questions to stakeholders to get clear scoping, and refuse to accept fuzzy answers. * **Extreme Owner:** You take personal responsibility for the "Done" column and ensure that every release is impactful and bug\-free. ### **Recommended Experience** * **6\+ years** in Product Management, specifically within **SaaS, Fintech, Banking, or Escrow** environments. * Proven experience in **LATAM\-based remote roles** for U.S. companies. * Mastery of **JIRA and Confluence**, with a history of cleaning up and organizing complex backlogs. * Technical background (Engineer or Computer Science degree preferred) to effectively partner with a senior engineering team on a system rebuild. * Experience with **legacy code refactoring or system migrations** is a significant plus. * Expertise in **Agile/Scrum** methodologies (CSPO or similar certification is a plus). ### **Benefits \& Work Location** * **100% Remote:** Work from anywhere in LATAM. * **Long\-term Stability:** Steady contractor role with a growing leader in the ART industry. * **High Impact:** You will be the primary driver of our most critical product rebuild. * **Location:** Remote (LATAM\-based only) * **Type:** Long\-term Contractor * **Language:** Native or Professional English Fluency * **Salary:** $5,500 – $6,500 USD / month sKydyY1Efe
