We Are Hiring: **Location:** Remote**Facility:** Ascension**Department:** Administration**Schedule:** Day Shift \| Full Time \| Monday\-Friday**Salary:** $96,208\.99 \- $134,109\.89 (per year) \#LI\-Remote \#LI\-AM2 What You Will Do: * **S****trategic Project Oversight**: Manage assigned projects to full completion by developing goals, objectives, and schedules that align directly with broader business strategies. * **Resource \& Budget Management**: Define, assign, and monitor the resources and budgets necessary to meet project goals, making real\-time adjustments as requirements shift. * **Philanthropy \& Event Coordination**: Lead philanthropic initiatives and coordinate high\-impact events, ensuring all logistical and strategic elements are executed to support organizational mission. * **Operational Planning \& Dashboarding**: Translate high\-level strategic concepts into actionable plans and create visual dashboards to track quality and progress metrics. * **Issue Resolution \& Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation for all project phases and proactively resolve issues to ensure timelines and performance standards What You Will Need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences: * Bachelor Degree, preferred. * 1\-2 years of event management experience, preferred.
