**Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Senior SaaS Account Executive to join our growing ERP SaaS software consulting and development team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business development efforts, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales of implementations, migrations and service agreements inside the ERP SaaS industry. Your energetic approach and expert negotiation skills will enable you to identify new opportunities, close high\-value deals, and contribute to our mission of transforming how businesses leverage technology, automations, organization and business processes. This position offers an exciting chance to lead in a fast\-paced environment, utilizing your deep understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and technical sales strategies to make a significant impact. **Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end sales cycles for ERP SaaS solutions, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on building long\-term client partnerships * Engage in warm calling and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts * Develop tailored proposals, presentations and pitch decks that clearly demonstrate the value of our technology offerings to prospective clients * Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability * Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize lead generation efforts * Manage key accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention * Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting sales performance **Requirements** * Minimum of FIVE years proven success in B2B SaaS sales or technology sales roles with a track record of exceeding targets * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision\-makers at various levels * Experience in business development and generating new leads through warm calling and networking * Solid understanding of marketing strategies that support sales growth in a SaaS environment * Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines * Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively * Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and develop strategic approaches * Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward driving results and mentoring team members when needed * Ability to use a computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, online software platfoms, Odoo ERP systems. * Occasional travel to trade or business shows, and large clients **What We Offer** We offer $50,000 \- $60,000 Base salary along with a commission structure that does not cap.
