We built this company because we lived the problem ourselves, and Odoo is the platform we trust to solve it. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are growing fast and need a battle\-tested, self\-driven sales professional who knows how to find and close deals — without hand\-holding. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract, focusing on our Odoo ERP implementation and consulting services. If you thrive in a high\-autonomy environment, love being on the phone, and have a proven track record of closing complex software or SaaS deals, this role was built for you. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** \-Follow up on warm leads and follow a functional sales pipeline process. \- Prospect and generate your own leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and industry research — you know how to hunt \- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call through proposal, negotiation, and close \- Focus outreach on Dream Mountain's core verticals: Manufacturing, Retail/Wholesale, Construction, Utilities, Services, and Outdoor Recreation \- Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover pain points and map them to Odoo ERP solutions \- Deliver compelling presentations and product overviews, coordinating with our technical team as needed \- Maintain a clean, disciplined CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent follow\-up \- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a high closing rate \- Collaborate with our implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client handoffs \- Stay current on Odoo product updates, competitor positioning, and industry trends **REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** \- 5 or more years of B2B software, SaaS, or ERP sales experience \- Proven high closing rate on complex, consultative deals \- Strong outbound prospecting skills — phone\-first mentality, comfortable making a high volume of calls daily \- Excellent verbal communication; you are at ease on the phone for the majority of your workday \- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline — your pipeline is clean, your follow\-ups are timely, and your forecasts are accurate \- Self\-starter who operates independently without daily oversight or heavy management \- Ability to quickly learn and confidently articulate software solutions to business owners and decision\-makers **STRONGLY PREFERRED** \- Experience selling ERP, accounting, or operational business software \- Familiarity with Odoo or comparable platforms such as NetSuite, SAP Business One, or Acumatica \- Experience selling into Manufacturing, Construction, Retail, or similar verticals \- Background covering the full sales cycle including both prospecting and closing \- Proficiency with how CRM's operate in terms of a pipeline \- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota \- Ability to speak credibly to both business owners and technical stakeholders **YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF...** \- You pick up the phone without being told — outbound calling is second nature, not a chore \- You close deals, not just cultivate relationships indefinitely \- You are obsessively organized: your pipeline is current, your follow\-ups never slip, and your CRM is always up to date \- If warm leads are not always available you do not wait for leads to land in your lap — you go find them through structured sales efforts \- You can work remotely with full accountability and zero need for micromanagement \- You ask great discovery questions and listen before you pitch \-You can develop pitches and pitch decks **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** \- Base Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience \- Commission: Top performers earn significantly above base \- Location: 100% remote, work from home along with occasional travel. \- Schedule: Results\-oriented culture — we measure what you close, not when you clock in \- Growth: Join a fast\-growing Odoo Official Partner with an expanding national client base \- Support: Work alongside experienced Odoo consultants and developers who back your sales process and support your efforts 100% **ARE YOU READY TO CLOSE YOUR NEXT CHAPTER?** If so send us your polished resume on Indeed and we will consider you.
