See our benefits and perks page for details. * Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment. **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** * Design, build, and support systems across areas such as systems engineering, cloud, data, software, UX, and security * Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve systems, processes, and delivery speed * Develop, test, and maintain applications, infrastructure, and data pipelines * Apply best practices in software development, DevOps, and architecture * Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability * Contribute to innovation through experimentation with new technologies * Mentor team members and support a collaborative engineering culture **WHAT YOU'LL BRING:** * Strong technical expertise in one or more engineering domains (systems, cloud, data, software, UX, or security) * Experience with modern development practices, frameworks, and tools * Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving skills * Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences * Collaborative, adaptable, and continuous learning mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others **PREFERRED:** * Experience in systems, cloud, data, software, UX, or security domains * Strong coding, scripting, or automation skills * Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) * Knowledge of data systems, pipelines, or machine learning concepts * Familiarity with modern programming languages and Agile environments * Understanding of security practices and compliance frameworks * Ability to design, document, and implement scalable technical solutions **We value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
