Senior Solution Architect (FIN) - Digital Lending and nCino

**Senior Solution Architect** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with significant experience in Digital Lending to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in nCino and strong knowledge of OmniStudio. This role will contribute to designing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success in the financial services sector. **Responsibilities** * Lead the architecture and design of digital lending solutions leveraging nCino platform capabilities. * Develop and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using OmniStudio tools and technologies. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful delivery. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. * Participate in solution reviews, design sessions, and technical discussions. * Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities as needed, though deep expertise in RCA is not required. **Required Skills \& Experience** * Significant experience in Digital Lending platforms and processes. * Strong hands\-on experience with nCino platform. * Proven expertise in OmniStudio development and architecture. * Solid understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on financial services or banking projects. * Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes. * Salesforce platform knowledge is a plus.
