**SEO \& Digital Creative Specialist** Remote 1099 Contractor Position **Competitive Pay Based on Experience \+ Performance Opportunities** Paxton Marketing is hiring a talented SEO \& Digital Creative Specialist to join our growing automotive marketing agency. We are looking for someone who understands modern SEO strategy, digital marketing, graphic design, and website creativity, while also being comfortable working in a fast\-paced agency environment serving automotive dealerships and related businesses nationwide. This is a fully remote 1099 contractor role. While scheduling offers flexibility, applicants must be consistently available during normal business hours between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday for communication, meetings, collaboration, and project management. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, creative, and highly motivated who can manage projects independently and deliver quality work consistently. **What You’ll Do** * Manage and optimize SEO campaigns for automotive clients * Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile performance * Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis * Optimize on\-page SEO, metadata, content structure, and internal linking * Monitor indexing, crawl issues, and technical SEO performance * Create graphics and digital assets for websites, Meta ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns * Assist with blog strategy, content optimization, and website updates * Help design and improve landing pages and dealership websites * Work alongside PPC, creative, and account management teams to improve lead generation and campaign performance * Analyze campaign data using GA4, Search Console, and SEO reporting tools **Requirements** * 2\+ years of SEO and digital marketing experience preferred * Graphic design experience required * Web design experience preferred * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, WordPress, or similar platforms * Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO best practices * Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profiles * Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects * Strong communication and organizational skills * Must be available during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST) * Automotive industry experience is a major plus * Dealership marketing experience is highly preferred * Google certifications are a plus **Position Details** * Remote 1099 contractor position * Flexible work environment with required weekday availability * Compensation based on experience and skill level * Performance\-based bonus opportunities available * Long\-term growth opportunities with a rapidly growing agency **Compensation** * Estimated compensation range: $65,000 – $75,000\+ annually depending on experience, production, and workload **To Apply** Please submit: * Resume * Portfolio or examples of SEO, graphic design, or website work * Any certifications or campaign examples you’ve worked on For immediate consideration, please email your resume and portfolio directly to: david@paxtonmarketing.pro tyler@paxtonmarketing.pro Serious applicants only.
