Job Description

We Are Hiring: **Location:** Remote**Department/Specialty:** Clinical Technologies**Schedule:** Full Time, Monday \- Friday, Days Salary range: $125,689 \- $170,049 Eligible for an annual incentive bonus What You Will Do: * **Service Delivery \& Performance Oversight:** Proactively monitor day\-to\-day service execution and metrics to ensure Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal teams meet agreed\-upon service levels and contractual obligations. * **Vendor \& MSP Management:** Act as the primary point of escalation for significant incidents while coordinating cross\-vendor delivery issues and identifying opportunities to rationalize the MSP portfolio to reduce costs or enhance quality. * **Financial Stewardship:** Manage the "run" operations budget (CapEx/OpEx), including forecasting, tracking IT costs, and validating vendor invoices to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. * **Continuous Improvement \& Lifecycle Management:** Review root cause analysis for systemic issues, approve service improvement plans, and oversee the technology lifecycle to increase efficiency and IT value. * **Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration:** Facilitate issue resolution through creative solutioning and negotiation, maintaining effective relationships between senior leadership, technical experts, and external partners to ensure organizational goals are met. What You Will Need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
