As a **FIBER EXPANSION DIRECT** Small Business Internet Consultant, you will be the driving force behind connecting local entrepreneurs to reliable, high\-speed **AT\&T Fiber** internet services that fuel their growth.
This energetic role combines consultative sales, relationship building, and strategic planning to deliver tailored solutions that meet each business’s unique needs. You’ll be a vital partner in helping small businesses thrive in today’s digital landscape, utilizing your sales expertise and communication skills to make a lasting impact.
**Responsibilities**
* Engage with small business owners through outbound calls, in\-person visits, and networking events to promote internet service offerings.
* Identify client needs and present customized solutions that enhance their connectivity and operational efficiency.
* Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow\-ups, and closing deals using Sara Plus software
* Schedule installation and to secure high\-value contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long\-term loyalty.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional campaigns targeting local businesses.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on high\-end or complex solutions.
* Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred).
* Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing deals.
* Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales activities.
* Experience in dealership or retail environments involving inventory management, retail math, or automotive sales is advantageous.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
* Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and public speaking to effectively engage prospects.
* Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
