Software & AI Engineer

Universe Force Group is hiring a Software \& AI Engineer to join our engineering team and help us build intelligent, scalable, production\-ready software systems. We are looking for an individual who can think, architect, build, test, ship, and improve AI\-powered products that solve real business problems. The role includes building AI assistants, agentic workflows, automation systems, RAG pipelines, backend services, data\-driven platforms, internal tools, and client\-facing digital products. You will be expected to take ownership, understand the business problem behind the technical task, and deliver clean, scalable, reliable solutions. **Key Responsibilities** Design, develop, and maintain AI\-powered software solutions using modern engineering practices. Build and integrate LLM\-based systems, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, and backend services. Work with models, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and AI orchestration frameworks. Develop scalable backend systems and integrations with third\-party platforms, CRMs, databases, and business tools. Convert business and client requirements into clear technical solutions. Support the architecture and development of production\-ready AI products. Improve system architecture, code quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Deploy, monitor, and support AI solutions in production environments. Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams across multiple projects. Mentor other developers and contribute to technical decision\-making. Stay up to date with emerging AI engineering tools, frameworks, and best practices. **Requirements** 5\+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies. Practical experience working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, RAG systems, or agentic workflows. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, system architecture, and cloud\-based software. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar. Strong understanding of clean code, security, scalability, performance, and production deployment. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Strong problem\-solving mindset and ownership mentality. Clear communication skills and ability to work in a fast\-moving business environment. **Nice to Have** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. Experience with AI agents, multi\-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and automation platforms. Experience with RAG pipelines, vector search, document intelligence, and enterprise AI tools. Experience with DevOps, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. Experience in iGaming, fintech, HR tech, CRM systems, enterprise automation, or digital transformation projects. Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Flutter. Understanding of data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI implementation.
