**Speaker Liaison**
Location: Remote (U.S) or Hybrid (Southport, CT)
Position Type: Contract or Full\-Time/Non\-Exempt
**POSITION SUMMARY**
Lincoln Healthcare Leadership is seeking a Speaker Liaison to support the development and execution of content programming across our conferences.
The Speaker Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless speaker experience from initial confirmation through onsite delivery. Content is at the core of our conferences, and this role is responsible for coordinating all speaker logistics, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high\-quality experience for speakers and attendees alike.
This is a highly detail\-oriented and collaborative role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. The position is best suited for someone who enjoys a blend of project management and event design and is eager to contribute across many aspects of conference production.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
Initially, this role will support the team with a variety of operational and administrative projects. There will be opportunities to take ownership of specific conferences and responsibilities aligned with your strengths and skill set.
**Speaker Coordination \& Logistics** You will serve as the central point of coordination for all speaker\-related logistics.
* Manage speaker confirmations, communications, and ongoing engagement
* Collect and maintain speaker materials including bios, headshots, and presentations
* Register speakers and track benefits (hotel, travel, etc.) in internal systems
* Schedule and manage planning calls and related materials
* Ensure all speakers are fully prepared and informed leading up to the conference
**Content \& Program Execution** You will support the successful execution of conference programming.
* Coordinate speaker presentations, including collection, editing, and final delivery
* Align speaker information across internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Production)
* Prepare run\-of\-show materials and support AV coordination
* Develop session materials including room monitor notes, standing slides, and templates
* Ensure all presentation materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
**On\-Site Conference Execution** You will provide hands\-on support during conferences.
* Coordinate directly with speakers onsite, including walk\-throughs, troubleshooting, and updates
* Support stage setup and session readiness
* Manage presentation updates and ensure smooth session execution
* Organize and manage session materials as needed
**Post\-Conference Follow\-Up** You will support wrap\-up and reporting activities.
* Compile and distribute session scores internally and externally
* Manage speaker reimbursements
* Track and report session attendance

**REPORTING \& COLLABORATION**
This role reports to Education Production and Speaker Relations Manager and works closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Production, and conference leadership.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, cross\-functional team, where strong collaboration and communication are essential to ensure alignment and successful execution.

**Additional Qualifications:**
* 2–3\+ years of experience in small programs/events preferred, or transferable experience in a similar environment
* Experience managing multiple processes, deadlines, and detailed workflows
* Highly proficient with computers and software (PC/Mac, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Adobe, database tools, CVENT, and HubSpot a plus)
* Ability to travel

**LOCATION \& TRAVEL**
This role may be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity, with preference given to candidates located near our offices in Southport, CT.
Travel is expected to all 4 conferences for approximately 5 days each, including:
* Home Care 100 Winter – January 31\-Feb 3, 2027, Ritz\-Carlton, Grande Lakes, FL
* LTC 100 – April 4\-7, 2027, Ritz\-Carlton, Grande Lakes, FL
* Senior Living 100 – May 2\-4, 2027, Conrad, Orlando, FL
* Home Care 100 Summer – June 13\-16, 2027, The Grand American Hotel, Salt Lake City, UT
**COMPENSATION \& BENEFITS** (Full\-Time employees)
