**About Us** Supreme World is a growing basketball and sports development organization focused on creating unique opportunities for athletes through basketball, media, exposure, mentorship, and community impact. Our vision is to build a professional\-level platform that combines player development, competitive basketball, content creation, and real opportunities for overlooked athletes. We are currently expanding into a more professional structure that includes: * player exposure opportunities, * sponsorship partnerships, * media/content growth, * housing and travel support, * camps and clinics, * and professional/semi\-professional basketball operations. We are looking for a motivated and driven Sponsorship \& Partnerships Manager to help grow the brand and secure strategic partnerships that support the organization’s expansion. Position Overview The Sponsorship \& Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with sponsors, local businesses, brands, and community partners. This individual will help create sponsorship opportunities that support team operations, player development initiatives, events, travel, housing, media projects, and community programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about: * sports business, * basketball culture, * marketing, * brand partnerships, * networking, * and helping build a growing sports organization from the ground up. **Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities * Build and maintain relationships with local and national businesses * Develop sponsorship proposals and partnership packages * Assist with sponsorship presentations and meetings * Manage sponsor communication and follow\-ups * Help secure partnerships for: * housing, * travel, * apparel, * recovery/wellness, * food/beverage, * media, * and events * Coordinate sponsor activation opportunities during games, events, camps, and social media campaigns * Assist with brand growth strategies and community outreach * Help increase organizational visibility through partnerships and networking * Collaborate with media/content team to ensure sponsor visibility and value Preferred Qualifications * Experience in sales, sponsorships, sports marketing, business development, or partnerships * Strong communication and networking skills * Passion for basketball, sports, and athlete development * Self\-motivated and organized * Comfortable reaching out to businesses and building relationships * Social media and branding knowledge is a plus * Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, sponsorship decks, or marketing materials is preferred * Previous sports industry experience is a plus but not required **Compensation** Compensation structure may include: * Commission\-based sponsorship incentives * Long\-term leadership growth opportunities within the organization **Why Join Us?** This is an opportunity to help build a growing basketball and sports organization focused on creating real impact and opportunities for athletes.
