Embrace our expansion plans. **The Role** Aegis Software is seeking a quota\-carrying Strategic Account Manager to own and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts. This is a high\-impact role focused on driving expansion, multiyear renewals, and long\-term value within existing enterprise customers. This is primarily an expansion role; you will drive upselling. As a trusted advisor, you will manage the full customer lifecycle by combining consultative selling, data\-driven insights, and strategic account planning to maximize adoption of the FactoryLogix platform across sites, users, modules, and services. We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic account manager to grow and expand our valuable enterprise customers. In this role, you will own account strategy and revenue forecasting, while collaborating cross\-functionally to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and drive long\-term account growth. This position offers high visibility and direct engagement with senior leadership. **What You’ll Do** * Own and grow a defined portfolio of FactoryLogix high\-impact strategic/enterprise accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding your revenue quota * Drive expansion and cross\-selling opportunities (additional sites, users, modules, and services) * Build and maintain strong executive\-level relationships with stakeholders in manufacturing, engineering, quality, IT, and C\-suite executives * Position FactoryLogix as the strategic digital backbone for Industry 4\.0 and smart factory initiatives * Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly Account Plans and deliver polished presentations to leadership * Conduct discovery meetings, roadmap discussions, and value reviews (target: 16 virtual customer appointments per week) * Travel as needed to customer sites to align strategic roadmaps and KPI\-driven objectives * Lead commercial negotiations, including contract renewals, expansions, price increases, and multi\-year agreements * Proactively monitor usage, adoption, and value metrics to identify risks early and drive mitigation plans * Maintain high renewal hygiene and forecast accuracy in the CRM system * Collaborate closely with internal teams Support, Engineering, IT, Learning Teams, and Leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth * Actively engage with our strategic partnerships **What We’re Looking For** * 5\+ years of quota\-carrying experience in enterprise software sales or account management (B2B SaaS preferred) * Proven success selling into manufacturing environments (electronics manufacturing experience is a strong plus) * Knowledge of MES, manufacturing operations, or Industry 4\.0 concepts * Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) * Highly self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your accounts * Ability to travel domestically \& internationally up to 35% annually or as needed to meet the demands of the business * Ability to obtain a passport; clean driving record required * Travel to Sales Meetings, external tradeshows, conferences, and client meetings as determined by Aegis Leadership * Be flexible to embrace our growth \& expansion of offerings.
