Summer Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

Build Real B2B Sales Experience This Summer Whirlwind Media is a growing B2B digital marketing agency looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team this summer. This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or early\-career professionals interested in sales, marketing, business development, or entrepreneurship. You’ll gain hands\-on experience learning how modern B2B sales and lead generation works while working directly with agency leadership. No prior sales experience is required — we provide training, coaching, scripts, and lead lists. What You’ll Do * Connect with business leaders through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach * Start conversations with potential clients * Identify sales opportunities and schedule meetings * Learn outbound prospecting and CRM management * Track outreach activity inside HubSpot * Work alongside agency leadership to improve messaging and results What You’ll Learn * B2B sales and prospecting * LinkedIn outreach strategies * Cold email and phone communication * CRM and pipeline management * How digital marketing helps companies grow * Real\-world sales processes What We’re Looking For * Strong communication skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Comfortable speaking with people * Self\-motivated and organized * Interest in sales, marketing, or business This role is ideal for someone competitive, entrepreneurial, and eager to gain real\-world business experience. Compensation * $20–$25/hour base pay * Additional $50–$100 bonus for every qualified meeting booked * Additional commission opportunities on closed business Work Environment * We prefer local candidates who can work alongside our team during onboarding and training in our Mansfield, MA office. * After onboarding, there is flexibility for hybrid or remote work based on performance and experience. Growth Opportunity Top performers may have the opportunity to continue beyond the summer and grow into a long\-term SDR or Account Executive role.
