Job Description

What We Need Corpay is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner II. This position is a remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead a team of sourcers and deliver a world\-class hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and strong partnership throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Global Sales and regularly collaborate with the full TA team, HR Team, and across all of Corpay’s business lines. How We Work As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in local office Company\-issued equipment Formal, hands\-on training Role Responsibilities **The responsibilities of the role will include:** Delivering a world\-class hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and strong partnership throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Contributing to a positive, transparent, and equitable candidate experience from initial contact through offer Building collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers and team members at manager level and below. Achieving Hiring Manager satisfaction scores of 85% or greater and New Hire satisfaction scores of 80% or greater Influencing hiring decisions through talent insights by using data, funnel metrics, and market intelligence to guide hiring managers/stakeholders on best practices, candidate quality and competitive talent trends. Tracking and reporting key metrics such as Time to Offer Acceptance and Interview\-to\-Offer Rate as well as Supporting adherence to SLAs and recruiting performance benchmarks Using available market data to help provide input on compensation, talent availability, and hiring timelines Taking a leadership role with the sourcing team on sourcing efforts to build and maintain strong and diverse candidate pipelines Utilizing various platforms to identify talent and help reduce the need for external agencies Monitoring requisition aging Ensuring candidates move efficiently and fairly through structured interview processes Helping support quarterly and annual hiring goals by maintaining organized pipelines and timely follow up Championing candidate quality and pipeline health\-evaluate and refine top\-of\-funnel strategies, maintain a healthy pipeline, and ensure candidates progress efficiently and equitably through the hiring process. Analyzing hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and refine recruitment strategies. Data reporting aligned to SLAs kept up to date and ready to be shared with leaders Working with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Onboarding to support smooth offer processes Assisting with offer preparation and helping ensure alignment with internal guidelines Helping maintain compliance with recruiting policies, labor regulations, and documentation requirements Supporting candidates through the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding Collaborating cross functionally with onboarding, HR Business Partners, and Compensation to ensure seamless offer management and employee transition. Leading key strategic projects and initiatives across the TA and HR organizations Assisting with process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience Helping track project timelines and contributing to meeting key deadlines Supporting global TA projects related to workforce planning and team growth Networking in the industry and stay up to date on applicable publications to keep abreast of market, labor market, and economic trends. Qualifications \& Skills 6 \+ years of full\-cycle recruiting experience supporting Professional, Operations, Sales and/or IT; Prior experience recruiting across multiple countries, time zones and labor markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances and region\-specific hiring practices Demonstrated ability to conduct effective intake meetings, manage expectations, influence decision\-making and provide consultative guidance Exposure to early career/college/internship recruiting Strategic mindset Experience driving recruitment outcomes within a matrixed environment Experience using data, funnel metrics, and market intelligence to guide hiring managers/stakeholders on best practices, candidate quality and competitive talent trends.
