**Location:** Remote**Department/Specialty:** Core Technology Engagement**Schedule:** Full time \| Days**Salary:** $79,511\.52 \- $110,834\.59 per year

What You Will Do:
* Procurement Lifecycle Management: Proven experience managing the end\-to\-end process (e.g. data entry, validation and research) of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices within a corporate environment.
* Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) workflows, accruals, and budget tracking to ensure payment accuracy and financial integrity.
* Data Accuracy \& Attention to Detail: High proficiency in reconciling complex billing statements against contractual terms to prevent overpayment or service interruptions.
* Process Coordination: Ability to act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Finance) and external vendors to streamline approval workflows.
* ERP/Financial Software Proficiency: Hands\-on experience using financial management systems (e.g., Oracle / PeopleSoft) to track and process financial data.
What You Will Need:
Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
* Healthcare Infrastructure Technology Experience: Familiarity with Technology Infrastructure and billing nuances common in software and technology vendors.
* Service Management \& Ticket Auditing: Hands\-on experience navigating ServiceNow to submit requisitions, track approval workflows, and extract real\-time financial data to monitor the lifecycle of vendor requests.
* Google Workspace Experience: Advanced experience using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms)
* Advanced Sheets/Data Visualization: Proficiency in using formulas and Pivot Tables, or tools like Looker Studio, to report on departmental spend.
* Process Automation Mindset: A proactive interest in identifying manual bottlenecks and suggesting digital solutions to improve the procurement "paper trail."
