**Telehealth Trauma Therapist (LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD)** Transportation Psychology Institute is a New Jersey\-based specialty psychotherapy practice seeking a warm, skilled trauma therapist to join our remote team. We work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, panic, avoidance, and nervous system dysregulation — often connected to driving anxiety, car accidents, medical trauma, or other overwhelming life experiences. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys deep clinical work, values autonomy and flexibility, and wants to be part of a thoughtful, supportive specialty practice. **What We Offer** * Remote telehealth position * Flexible part\-time/full\-time schedule * Referrals provided * Opportunity to manage caseload size * Administrative support * EMDR \& clinical consultation/supervision available * Supportive, collaborative practice environment * Freedom to practice authentically and relationally **Responsibilities** * Provide psychotherapy to teens \& adults via telehealth * Conduct intake assessments and treatment planning * Maintain timely documentation * Collaborate professionally when clinically appropriate * Support clients in reducing anxiety, trauma symptoms, and avoidance behaviors **Ideal Candidate** We are looking for a clinician who: * Is independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD) * Has experience treating trauma, anxiety, panic, or PTSD * Feels comfortable working independently in private practice * Values compassion, curiosity, and nervous\-system\-informed care * Enjoys helping clients rebuild confidence and functioning after difficult experiences * EMDR training or trauma\-focused specialization is welcomed but not required. **Compensation** * $60\-70 per clinical hour based on experience/skill * Flexible scheduling * Part\-time with opportunity to grow case load to 30hrs a week **About Transportation Psychology Institute** Transportation Psychology Institute is a specialty psychotherapy practice focused on the emotional and psychological impact of anxiety, trauma, and avoidance related to driving and transportation experiences.
