**Short\-Form Video Creator (On\-Camera \+ Editing) – Remote** Contract / Freelance \| Paid Per Video \| Fully Remote We are hiring a **Short\-Form Video Creator** to produce high\-performing content for social media and paid advertising (primarily Meta and TikTok). This is **not just an editing role** — you will be responsible for **filming, speaking on camera, and editing** short\-form videos featuring our products. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands what makes content engaging, and can consistently produce high\-quality videos that hold attention and drive results. **What You’ll Do** * Film and create short\-form videos (12–25 seconds) featuring our products * Speak on camera confidently and naturally (UGC\-style content) * Edit your own videos for: * Organic social media content * Paid ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, etc.) * Produce a consistent number of videos per week (volume will scale over time) * Submit videos for approval before final delivery/payment * Revise and improve videos based on feedback * Follow our creative frameworks initially, then contribute your own ideas * Maintain organized file naming and workflow practices **What We’re Looking For** * Comfortable speaking on camera with strong communication and presence * Experience creating short\-form content (TikTok, Reels, ads, etc.) * Ability to both **film and edit** your own content * Access to a **high\-quality camera setup** (modern smartphone or camera with good lighting/audio) * Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention\-driven content * Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality * Creative mindset with the ability to test different angles and concepts * Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly * Reliable and deadline\-driven **Nice to Have** * Experience creating content for paid ads (Meta/TikTok) * Familiarity with performance\-driven content (UGC ads, product demos, testimonials) * Basic understanding of what converts (hooks, call\-to\-action, structure) **Application Requirements** Please include: * 1\-3 examples of videos you have **created and edited** * (Preference for videos where you are on camera) * Brief note on your filming setup (phone/camera, lighting, mic, etc.) **Compensation** * Paid per approved video * **$10–$15 per video**, based on experience and quality * Videos must be **approved before payment is issued** * Opportunity to increase volume and rate based on performance **Work Setup** * Fully remote * Products will be shipped to you for content creation * Flexible schedule, but must meet agreed\-upon deadlines **Who This Is Perfect For** * Content creators, TikTokers, or UGC creators * People who enjoy being on camera and testing creative ideas * Freelancers looking for consistent video\-based work If you’re someone who can **create engaging videos, not just edit them**, we want to work with you.
