User Experience Researcher

**Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and motivated User Experience Researcher to join our innovative product development team. In this role, you will champion user\-centered design by conducting comprehensive research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Your insights will directly influence the creation of intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital products through rigorous research methods and collaborative design thinking. **Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and analyze user research studies using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and field studies to gather actionable insights. * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, front\-end developers, and business stakeholders to define research objectives aligned with project goals and business requirements. * Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate findings effectively across teams. * Utilize tools like InVision, Figma, Axure, and Zeplin to create visual representations of user flows and interaction designs that inform product development. * Conduct data analysis using SQL, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and web analytics tools to identify patterns and inform design decisions. * Advocate for usability standards by ensuring web accessibility compliance and applying best practices in information architecture and responsive web design. * Support agile workflows by participating in sprint planning sessions, providing research\-driven insights to refine features for mobile applications and web interfaces. **Requirements** * Proven experience in user research within digital environments involving web design, UI/UX principles, interaction design, and experience design. * Strong knowledge of front\-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. * Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and requirements gathering processes. * Proficiency with design tools like Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Balsamiq, Visio, Sketch, Figma, Axure RP, Zeplin or similar platforms. * Expertise in data visualization techniques using tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Target for deriving insights from complex datasets. * Excellent analysis skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative data from SQL queries or web analytics into meaningful recommendations. * Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for digital products on various devices including mobile devices. * Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles to enhance usability for all users. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non\-technical audiences alike.
