What You'll Be Doing: * Leading and growing a space and remote sensing business unit serving government and defense customers * Building, mentoring, and retaining high\-performing technical and operations teams * Developing and executing long\-term strategy aligned to customer and market needs * Overseeing architecture, design, and operations of multi\-orbit satellite constellations and ground systems * Driving integration of space, remote sensing, and ISR capabilities into resilient, mission\-focused solutions * Engaging with senior stakeholders to shape requirements, concepts of operations, and modernization roadmaps What Required Skills You'll Bring: * 20\+ years experience in national security space, remote sensing, and/or C4ISR leadership roles * Proven success leading space systems engineering, operations, or R\&D programs * Deep technical and operational knowledge of satellite systems and multi\-INT missions * Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and grow multi\-disciplinary teams in mission\-critical environments * Experience integrating commercial space capabilities into government or defense architectures * Strong background collaborating with Joint, Service, and/or Intelligence Community organizations * Top Secret/SCI clearance required What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * Executive experience launching or growing a space\-related business line or P\&L * Leadership experience in satellite flight operations for mixed or multi\-mission constellations * Background in architecting complex space or cross\-domain ISR/C4ISR solutions * Hands\-on familiarity with AI/ML, data fusion, and advanced analytics for mission data * Prior operational experience in aviation, ISR, electronic warfare, or related mission areas * Business or management training (such as a **Security Clearance Requirement:** An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position. Salary Range: $200,600\.00 \- $383,500\.00 This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
