Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a **reliable and detail\-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Mexico** to support our fast\-growing home service business. This is a **remote, full\-time position** with potential for growth. **About the Role:** You’ll help with: * Responding to customer messages and scheduling cleanings * Following up on leads via call/text/email * Updating our calendars and CRM (training provided) * Light admin tasks (data entry, customer info updates, basic reporting) **Requirements:** * Based in **Mexico** * **Fluent in both English and Spanish** * Excellent communication skills and quick response times * Reliable internet \+ a quiet place to take occasional calls * Prior VA/customer service experience is a big plus! **Hours \& Pay:** * 30\-40 hrs/week to start, with potential for more * USD $4 and more based on experience (paid via Wise.com) **Who You’ll Be Supporting:** Our company provides residential cleaning services in the U.S. and supports many elderly clients.
