Web/Creative Production Specialist

This is my an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about blending creativity with technical excellence to shape impactful digital solutions. **Responsibilities** * Lead the conceptualization and execution of digital design projects, including website layouts, interactive features, motion graphics, and branding elements such as logos. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance usability and user experience (UX). * Implement front\-end development tasks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular to bring designs to life across devices. * Maintain and update websites using content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, ensuring content is current and aligned with SEO best practices. * Optimize website performance through data analysis with tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics; refine strategies based on insights to improve engagement. * Ensure web accessibility standards are met by applying usability principles and adhering to web accessibility guidelines. * Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools to enhance multimedia content. * Conduct usability testing and user research to gather feedback for continuous improvement of digital assets. * Manage version control and collaboration using Git or other versioning tools to streamline workflow across teams. **Requirements** * Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics creation. * Strong proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and wireframing tools like Figma or Axure. * Solid understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like React or Angular. * Familiarity with content management systems including WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint for website maintenance. * Knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data\-driven decision making. * Experience with responsive web design techniques ensuring optimal performance across devices. * Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and apply information architecture principles effectively. * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate creative concepts into technical specifications. * Familiarity with version control systems like Git and development environments such as Adobe Dreamweaver or Visual Studio Code. * Bonus points for experience in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or marketing automation tools; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus for data analysis tasks.
