Industrial Refrigeration Designer

**CAD Drafter/Designer \-** ***Industrial Refrigeration Industry*** The CAD Drafter is responsible for preparing and updating detailed technical drawings for industrial refrigeration projects, working closely with Engineering and Project Management teams. This role focuses on producing accurate, high\-quality CAD drawings based on design concepts, markups, and specifications, while maintaining company standards and document control processes. This position is drafting\-focused and does not include responsibility for engineering calculations or system design. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and revise detailed 2D and/or 3D CAD drawings for industrial refrigeration systems (NH₃ and/or CO₂ experience is a plus) * Develop and maintain PFDs, P\&IDs, equipment layouts, isometrics, and installation drawings * Update drawings based on engineer markups and project revisions * Ensure drawing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards * Organize and manage drawing files and documentation in accordance with internal procedures * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to support project execution * Assist with equipment schedules, bills of materials, and project documentation packages * Support as\-built drawing updates following project completion **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field preferred * 1–3 years of experience using AutoCAD required * Experience with Revit or Plant 3D is a plus * Industrial refrigeration or mechanical drafting experience preferred, but not required * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Strong organizational and time management skills * Team\-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in AutoCAD required * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams) * Experience with Revit, Plant 3D, or refrigeration\-related tools is a plus Pay: From $105,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
